Were you the good Samaritans who helped a woman at Priory Marina?

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for information following an assault in at Priory Marina in Bedford on Friday 16 July.

At approximately 6pm a woman was subjected to an assault when two men stepped up to help. They separated her from the offender allowing her to leave the area.

PC Brian Reason, who is investigating, said: “We would really like to speak to those two good Samaritans who stepped in and helped the woman.

“Their brave action allowed her to leave the area safely and report the assault to us.”

A man in his 20’s from Bedford was arrested and later bailed in connection to this incident.
