Two charged after stabbing in Bedford

Two men have been charged after a stabbing in Grafton Road, Bedford.

Saeed Ali, 21, of Prebend Street, Bedford, and Curtis Mangumbu, 21, of no fixed address, were charged in connection to the incident on Sunday (22 December).

Ali has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, as well as threatening a person with a blade in a public place.

Mangumbu was also charged with threatening a person with a blade in a public place.

Both men remain in custody yesterday pending a future court appearance.
