Three Bedford people have been arrested on suspicion of crimes connected to drug dealing after early-morning raids in the town.
Police carried out the raids at addresses in Crowe Road and at an address in Brickhill.
On 22 October (Thursday), acting on intelligence received, officers from the Bedford Community Policing Team raided a property on Brickhill.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, and has been bailed. The investigation is ongoing.
Meanwhile, in unconnected raids in Crowe Road, the Bedford Community Policing Team arrested a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and money laundering.
Officers recovered a large amount of cannabis, drugs paraphernalia, and cash from one of the addresses. Both have since been bailed.
Bedfordshire Police have since issued a reminder to anyone concerned about criminality involving drugs in their area, to let them know.
