Much excitement as the printed copies of the first issue of the Clanger arrived yesterday.
I know I’m biased, but I think it looks great and can’t wait to share it with everyone at the official launch on Sunday at the We Are Bedford ‘Big Lunch’ at Castle Bailey Gardens. If you’re heading over to the Kite Festival at Russell Park, why not pop along, say hello and pick up a copy?
The pre-launch party is tomorrow night and I’ve just confirmed the wine and cake order. Hurrah! Clearly, this was a particularly inopportune time to drop my mobile phone in a pint of water (rendering it useless) as I’m having to co-ordinate everything via the land line. Very retro!
So, if you’ve received an invitation to tomorrow night’s event, I look forward to seeing you there. Otherwise, I hope you can drop by the Big Lunch, or just pick up a copy of The Clanger from various independent shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and clubs from the weekend onwards.
