Garden waste

It’s a sure sign that Spring is just round the corner when the garden waste collections resume.

Bedford Borough Council will once again be emptying green bins alongside the recycling collection from today (Monday 1 March).

To ensure it’s collected, put your green lidded garden waste bin out alongside your recycling bin by 6am on your next recycling collection day.

You can check the dates of your bin collections on the Council’s online collection day finder.

Please make sure all of your garden waste is contained and loose within your green lidded bin. The crews will not remove any garden waste left out next to your bin.
