Bedfordshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was robbed of his mountain bike in Kempston yesterday (Monday).
The incident happened at around 5.45pm in Bedford Road, near Addison Howard Park, when a man approached the boy and took his bike, which has distinctive blue inner wheels.
A man in his 30s was arrested shortly afterwards and remains in police custody for questioning.
Detective Sergeant Karl Haywood said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time, or anyone who may have dashcam or doorbell footage, to get in touch.”
