Man charged with Bedford robberies

Andrew McCleary, 36, of Cavendish Street, has been charged with two counts of robbery after two separate incidents in Bedford’s Tavistock Street and Boswell Place on 23 December and 27 December.

He’s been remanded in custody until 4 February, pending a future court appearance.

Bedfordshire Police are still appealing for further information, more specifically about the incident in Boswell Place.
