One of Bedford’s longest-serving pub landlords has been recognised for his service.
Harry Masterson has been running the Mill pub and hotel for 35 years and was presented with an award from Wells & Co’s Peter Wells.
“I’m so pleased to announce that Harry and the team at The Mill have been with us for over 35 years,” said Peter.
“This is a fantastic achievement, not only across our pub estate but across our industry.
“We’d like to thank Harry for all of his years of service and wish him many more years of success.”
The family-run pub and inn is in the heart of Bedford on Mill Street and has a number of letting rooms as well as being a great community pub for all to enjoy.
The pub still has a wide range of Cask Ales and is within a 5-minute walk of the Embankment.
