Brand New Heavies to play Bedford Corn Exchange

Pioneers of the London Acid Jazz scene, The Brand New Heavies, are coming to Bedford Corn Exchange next May.

The band, who have lit up the UK music scene with a blend of jazz, funk and soul for well over two decades, are being brought to Bedford by LPH Concerts, the team behind Bedford Park Concerts.

Promoter Mark Harrison said: “Brand New Heavies are incredible live, they have infectious energy and get everyone up for a guaranteed non-stop party. This is a band that deliver every time and I am so excited to have booked them for Bedford.”

The Brand New Heavies have been responsible for some of the UK’s biggest R&B/Soul tracks, scoring 16 top 40 singles including ‘Dream On Dreamer’ and ‘You’ve Got A Friend’, as well as over two million album sales.

They are currently represented by international talent agency MN2S.”
