Bookings are now open to decorate a tree at this year’s much-loved Bedford Christmas Tree Festival that takes place in St Paul’s church from 4 – 8 December.
The Festival has become a very firm favourite in Bedford’s Christmas calendar and this year’s theme for decorations is The Magic of Christmas.
As usual, of the 65 trees in the festival, there will be a myriad of interpretations of the theme, demonstrating Bedford’s incredible creative community.
To book a tree, email Jane Knight at jane@80kltd.co.uk for an application form. Trees are allocated on a “first paid first allocated basis” and last year all trees were booked by early October, so don’t delay.
The decoration of the 65 trees and the participation of school and community choirs and performers who entertain the public throughout the Festival create a magical atmosphere in St Paul’s.
Last year, over 7,000 people visited or took part in the Festival and just over £24,000 were raised for Bedford Hospital and St Paul’s Church, an incredible result.
