The nights might be drawing in, but there’s something exciting to look forward to this autumn as Club Momacoca returns with an all-star lineup featuring DJ Spoony, Sean Harvey, The Journey Men and Mark Russell.

Having held sold-out parties in the past featuring Brandon Block, Seb Fontaine and DJ Spoony, Bedford’s original house and garage club night (dating back to 1994) returns to its spiritual home – Esquires – on Saturday 4 November for a night of proper dance floor house and garage.

All the DJs on the lineup recently came together to perform at DJ Spoony’s ‘A House Full of Garage’ Butlin’s Weekender and will be recreating the festival vibe back here in Bedford.

Tickets are £20 and you can buy yours here.

Headliner DJ Spoony continues to host his weekly Friday show on BBC R2 and play all over the globe. His Garage Classical night at The Royal Albert Hall just sold out in under two weeks.

The Journey Men (aka Miggs Harris and Ben Coppin) are flying the flag for Bedford and absolutely smahing it on the soulful house scene playing peak-time sets at Southport Weekender and Suncebeat and their regular night at Herd draws a dedicated crowd travelling from all over the UK.

Garage guru, Sean Harvey, brought Artful Dodger and So Solid Crew to the Corn Exchange and has hosted a stage at Hidden Festival in Milton Keynes.

Perfectly wrapping everything up is Momococa founder, Mark Russell who recently played at Esquires with Norman Jay MBE and last summer in Bedford Park for Ministry of Sound Classical.

“We are super excited about this lineup so grab your ticket while they are available,” said Mark.

“We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor.”
