Brewpoint, Bedford’s family-owned brewery, has just celebrated its 500th tour since opening in 2020 and now they’re celebrating by giving away £5 to Bedfordians if they book a tour themselves.

The cash, in the form of vouchers to spend in their taproom, will be given back to anyone who lives in Bedford and purchases a brewery tour for £20.

The tours have become so popular in recent months that they’ve now added more slots to co-inside with their #LoveBedford campaign, which they say is all about showing admiration for its locals.

The 90-minute session starts with a member of our brew team showing you around the state-of-the-art brewery.

You’ll then be walked through the process involved to make its award-winning craft beer, finishing with an exclusive tasting session of six third-pint pours.

Guests who participate in this exclusive #LoveBedford offer will also be invited to be the very first people to join the ‘Brewpoint Beer Tasters’ group.

Members will receive first access to new and interesting beers, including tasting them in the taproom straight from the tanks with the head brewer, before they even go on sale.

Member numbers may be restricted on a first-come, first-served basis, to keep this tasting group truly exclusive.

Jonny Kirkham, head of sales and brand marketing at Wells & Co, said “The Wells family have been brewing in Bedford in some guise or other since 1876 and we hope the local community come and see us and enjoy learning about our deep connection with the town.

“Brewpoint is proud to be from Bedford and we want to give something back to all Bedfordians who come and look around their local brewery.”

To receive this #LoveBedford tour offer, guests must show proof of Bedford address at the end of the tour to redeem a voucher.

Vouchers will be offered to all tours booked in March and redeemed before 31 May 2023. More information and brewery tours can be booked online here.
