The latest act at this October’s Halloween Town Festival has been announced, and it’s a hometown gig for rising star, Alfie Templeman.
17-year-old Alfie has been announced as the support for The Wombats at the three-day immersive festival taking place at The Great Meadow in Bedford on 28, 29 and 30 October.
Carlton’s own rising star – who headlined at Esquires last week to launch his new album – will take to the stage on the final night of the UK’s biggest Halloween event and the hometown crowd is sure to go wild as he performs tracks from ‘Mellow Moon’.
The multi-instrumentalist (10 at the last count) and producer recently crashed through three million monthly listeners on Spotify, sold out the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, and has a fast-growing fanbase thanks to big tracks such as ‘Everybody’s Gonna Love Somebody’, ‘Happiness In Liquid Form’ and ‘Things I Thought Were Mine’.
And fresh from tours of the US and Europe, Alfie is heading out on a UK headline tour and is certain to make his mark in 2022, ready to thrill the Halloween Town crowds.
He’ll be on stage ahead of The Wombats on the festival’s custom-built, three-storey, sugar skull-themed stage, with 40ft LED screen and a host of spectacular, immersive Halloween entertainment.
Tickets for the event are available for just £37.50 + booking fee) here.
