Twinwood Festival 2018
24 – 27 August at Twinwood Arena in Clapham
Now in its seventeenth year, Twinwood Festival is the original vintage festival for music and dance, and it’s right on our doorstep!
The festival takes place across four days on the permanent site which was once the airfield where the famous American band leader, Glenn Miller took his last fateful flight in 1944. The festival offers thirteen music venues, acres of dance floors, and over one hundred live acts, where music from the roaring twenties right through to the swinging sixties can be heard, danced to, and enjoyed by the thousands of Twinwood devotees, many whom come from all corners of the globe.
This historic festival site also boasts a multitude of museums and classic car displays, plus bars, pubs, clubs and food vendors and there are also free dance lesson workshops. Due to its popularity, Twinwood camping, which stretches across 150 acres of beautiful rolling Bedfordshire countryside, is now sold out but festival day tickets are still available (in advance only).
We have got our hands on a pair of weekend passes (Saturday and Sunday) for this year’s Twinwood Festival.
To be in with a chance of winning, email your name and address to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Victory Rolls’ as the subject. We need to receive your email by Thursday 19 July. Good luck!
