As well as being in the running for Bedford’s friendliest & most helpful shopkeepers, Stephen and Dawn Black of The Happy Brewer are also the fount of all knowledge on all aspects of home-brewing.
That is why, if you watch ITV1’s The Alan Titchmarsh Show at 3pm on 6 November you will see Dawn sharing her wine-making knowledge with everyone’s favourite gardener turned novelist turned tv presenter. The programme-makers approached Dawn after visiting the Happy Brewer website and asked her to appear on screen to celebrate the resurgence in home-brewing.
