The arrests follow an investigation by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit into offences reported to both Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary.
The Crown Prosecution Service has now authorised 38 new charges against the brothers, bringing the total number of charges against them to 59.
Of the total, 42 charges have been authorised against Andrew Tate, aged 39, and 17 against Tristan Tate, aged 38.
