Four teenagers who have been charged with murder after 17-year-old Thomas Taylor have been told they will stand trial in the summer, with a judge also barring the two youngest defendants from being named.
Bedford Academy pupil Thomas Taylor, was fatally stabbed around 5:50pm on Wednesday 8 January on Greenhill Street near Bedford bus station.

Bennett Ndenkeh of Midland Road, Bedford and Ahmed Adam of Mardale Close, Kempston both 18, and two other teens, aged 16 and 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared via video link at Luton Crown Court today.
All four have been remanded either in custody or in secure accommodation pending further hearings. Judge Andrew Hatton set a provisional date of 30 June for the trial, adding that the case would next be considered at a hearing on 14 February.
A judge has also made an order barring the identities of the two youngest defendants from being published.
The four defendants spoke only to confirm their identities – no pleas were entered at this stage.
Barrister Martin Mulgrew, prosecuting, indicated that jurors could be asked to consider CCTV and witness evidence at a trial.
