The 18th annual Christmas Tree Festival at St Paul’s Church Bedford opened today and it’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in the festive spirit.
Over 65 trees have been decorated by schools, community organisations and businesses to the theme of Christmas around the world. Check out our Instagram stories for images of more of the trees from Aragon Lacemakers, Lemon & Ginger, Queen’s Park Academy, Yarls Wood Befrienders and more.
Entertainment at the launch was provided by Goldington Academy choir and the Nritham Dance Academy performing traditional Indian and Bollywood dancing.
The festival is open from today til Saturday 10am – 5pm and noon until 4pm on Sunday 9 December. Entry is £2.50 and under 16s are free. All monies raised are donated to Bedford Hospitals Charity.
