The next Summer Sessions headliner has just been announced, and we’re excited to reveal that Pete Tong is the latest superstar DJ to bring the party to Bedford Park.
On Friday 5 July, Pete will be bringing his legendary Ibiza Classics to Bedford with Jules Buckley and The Essential Orchestra. They join previously announced headliners Nile Rodgers & CHIC for this year’s Summer Sessions in Bedford.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Pete Tong has undeniably emerged as one of the foremost figures in the electronic dance music scene.
The DJ, broadcaster, and producer’s Ibiza Classics project, marked by numerous live orchestral performances at iconic venues worldwide, including California’s Hollywood Bowl, London’s O2 Arena, and all across Ibiza, as well as the release of three chart-topping albums ‘Classic House’, ‘Ibiza Classics’, and ‘Chilled Classics’, continues to push boundaries across the globe.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the music and broadcast industries over his lifelong dedication to music, Pete Tong MBE was honoured with the prestigious Music Industry Trusts Award in 2021.
2024 is the first year that Bedford’s park concerts will be known as Summer Sessions. Founded back in 2013 by DF Concerts, Summer Sessions has become a much-loved and highly anticipated live music series in Scotland with events taking place in cities including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The Bedford shows will see Bedford Park, Bedford, transformed into a destination for world-leading live acts and music fans alike.
