Join us as a Showroom Advisor and you’ll become part of the Magnet family. This is a part time role of 20 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll create a really warm welcome for all our customers and identify all sales opportunities, by establishing what they are looking for and making appropriate appointments. You’ll deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible and through training be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of our kitchen products. You’ll also support our end to end sales process by completing all necessary administration and making sure our customer relationship management system is kept up to date.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll have excellent customer service and administration skills and preferably already have some previous experience in a similar targeted role within retail, sales or customer service. You’ll be a great team player and should be able to communicate clearly with both customer and colleagues. Good IT skills are essential and you’ll also need a flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.
