- Job description
This is a key recruitment role within the organisation with responsibility for delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders, developing credibility in service provision through key working relationships. Passionate about customer satisfaction and being able to lead by example focusing on operational and commercial excellence whilst being able to recognise and drive forward a service development opportunity. Ensure management of maintaining detailed records and utilising systems to continuously evaluate and improve the ongoing recruitment processes. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to organisation’s guidelines and current employment law.
Ensure all Trust adverts are published in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with line managers to ensure high standards are adhered to.
This role has a heavy focus on collecting, collating, and analysing data, formulating detailed reports, and presenting this information to a multi-disciplinary audience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, is essential.
The postholder will have some supervisory responsibility for Recruitment Administrators, so some management experience is desirable.
