We are a busy thriving Department – looking for a full time receptionist to cover Monday to Friday.
We can accommodate long days 08.00 -18.00 but hours can be discussed at interview
Main duties of the job
To welcome patients to the dept and arrive them and depart them on computer system. To send completed paperwork to Evolve on completion of assessment. To maintain a steady flow in the clinic.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post-holder will be Department based but be responsible for providing support to staff monitoring IT systems and provide a comprehensive service to the Department . The Receptionist will undertake clerical work, necessary in the efficient running of the Department, and will need to work without supervision, using their own initiative when dealing with enquires that arise. The post also demands the ability to communicate at all levels with patients, relatives and medical colleagues to maintain a high standard of service to meet the needs of the patients.
To provide support regarding communication for staff within the Trust and with patients / relatives, to facilitate a successful outcome of all enquires.
