Cranfield University International Partnerships and Student Recruitment welcomes applications from experienced Marketing Executives.

As the UK’s only exclusively postgraduate university, Cranfield’s world-class expertise, large-scale facilities and unrivalled industry partnerships is creating leaders in technology and management globally.  Our distinctive expertise is in our deep understanding of technology and management and how these work together to benefit the world.

Our people are our most valuable resource and everyone has a role to play in shaping the future of our university, developing our learners, and transforming the businesses we work with. Learn more about Cranfield and our unique impact here. Our shared, stated values help to define who we are and underpin everything we do: Ambition; Impact; Respect; and Community. We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to join our student recruitment marketing team. This role is within the International Partnerships and Student Recruitment (IPSR) department which has been established to provide an excellent service to all our stakeholders. IPSR acts as a centre of excellence and ensures that audience needs are served ‘end to end’, supporting colleagues within the University to deliver a creative, efficient and effective service that places customers at the heart of the operation.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to help us recruit high quality students from around the world onto our Taught and Research programmes. This is an exciting and diverse role where you will need a broad range of marketing skills, creativity and personal drive. In return the role offers great diversity in day-to-day activity, working alongside a team of marketing professionals and support in the further development of your marketing skills.

You will have marketing experience across a range of different channels, especially social channels and online events. You will have experience in content, video and copy creation with the ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of campaigns independently. You will be good at building collaborative working relationships and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret complex technical language to form engaging messaging and communications. Knowledge of web CMS/CRM systems, automated workflows, content production and distribution using tools including Hubspot, LinkedIn and other social platforms is highly desirable.

A good standard of A Level or equivalent education is essential and a Degree in Marketing is desirable. You will also be willing to travel to recruitment events in the UK and occasionally overseas.

At Cranfield we value Diversity and Inclusion, and aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together harmoniously with dignity and respect and realise their full potential.

Our equal opportunities and diversity monitoring has shown that women and minority ethnic groups are currently underrepresented within the university and so we actively encourage applications from eligible candidates from these groups.

We actively consider flexible working options such as part-time, compressed or flexible hours and/or an element of homeworking, and commit to exploring the possibilities for each role. Find out more here.
