We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Officer to join our People Team to make a high level contribution to the development, maintenance and implementation of HR policies, projects, and workforce development initiatives in the provision of an effective, professional and customer focused HR service to the Council, schools and external clients. You will need thorough knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice with demonstrable experience of providing advice on a broad range of policies and procedures within the general HR or Workforce Development context.
You will undertake and support HR and Workforce Development related projects and initiatives, and oversee the processing of HR FOI and Subject Access requests.
