About HR&D
The HR & D service provides a framework for the management and development of our people and organisation which underpins the University’s strategic plan and objectives. This includes policy development, talent attraction, talent management, employee relations, diversity, organisational change, performance enhancement and general HR operational management.About the Role
As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will manage your own recruitment campaigns for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment across the whole University. You will provide first class administration services and ensure efficiency, professionalism, and high standards of customer experience.You will join a supportive team environment with the potential for future career development opportunities. The recruitment team forms part of the wider HR and Development service.
About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced, customer focused administrator with a keen interest in recruitment practices, although previous HR recruitment experience is not necessary as training will be provided. You should have a good standard of education and proven administration skills with experience of working in a busy and pressurised environment.Our Values
