- Job description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Team.
In this role, you will support the handling of everyday financial transactions by inputting data onto the computer system, processing invoices, claims, ensuring credit control and preparing third party payments. You will deal with various queries from stakeholders across the organisation, including budget holders and employees handling invoices.
You must have GCSE Grade C or above Maths and English or equivalent. You will have in-depth experience of processing both accounts payable and receivable invoices and will also have previous experience of using Microsoft Office software or similar. It is essential that you have the ability to work effectively to deadlines and manage a number of tasks simultaneously. You will maintain confidentiality and possess good communication skills (both written and oral).
It is anticipated that interviews will be held during week commencing 24 May 2021
