Fat Cap Smokehouse to open soon in Castle Quay

FatCap Smokehouse Restaurant Bedford

An established, local business partnership is almost ready to unveil their new restaurant and bar destination in Castle Quay, Bedford.

The FatCap Smokehouse is an American-inspired BBQ smokehouse and will open this summer on the old Spaghetti John’s site.

FatCap will be serving ‘low & slow’ cooked meats, smoked on-site daily by experienced Pitmasters.

Armando, who is a local Bedfordian and the new restaurant manager says: “We are so excited to bring this new concept to Bedford.

“We have spent a long time in planning, development and research and believe that we have now found the right location to bring this dynamic bar and restaurant experience to town.

“We cannot wait to unveil the new look restaurant; all the plans are in place we are just pulling it together now for the opening date which will be in early July.

“This corner of Bedford is emerging as the home of authentic, independent businesses.

We look forward to becoming part of the town’s casual dining scene, bringing something new and different to the Cultural Quarter and complementing the existing excellent businesses.”
