On Thursday 29 June, Esquires will be hosting another exciting ‘underplay’ from one of the finest comedians on the circuit, when Reginald D Hunter comes to town.

A comedian that needs no introduction, Reg is a Jesterlarf Comedy Club regular and will be bringing his ‘work-in-progess’ show to Bedford ahead of his UK tour.

Having reached the final of So You Think You Are Funny in 1998, Reginald went on to be nominated an unprecedented three times for the Edinburgh Perrier Award.

Alongside his stand-up and comedy performances, Reg has made some fascinating BBC documentaries including ‘Songs of the South’ which followed his return to his hometown of Georgia for a road trip across the deep South and the cradle of American music.

After a career spanning three decades, Reg is now a household name and comedy superstar whose unique, brutally honest and controversial brand of comedy is unrivalled.

Catch the brilliant story-telling comedy maestro as he performs a the work-in-progress show ahead of his recently announced UK tour called “The Man Who Could See Through Sh*t” which hits theatres this Autumn.

Tickets go on sale at 11am on Sunday 18 June at 1pm available from www.jesterlarf.com.
