D’Parys pub unveils new-look bar and menu

Five years after its dramatic renovation and re-launch, the D’Parys pub has revamped its bar and menu in time for Christmas.

Owner, Bedford-based family brewer Charles Wells, has created a bar area in front of the open fire, alongside the new private dining room and revamped fresh food menu. The new look was unveiled on Monday 5 November.

The fourteen boutique en-suite bedrooms have also been refurbished.

Commenting on the opening, Steve Wilkins, MD of Little Gems, which is the operating partner for Charles Wells’ Apostrophe pubs said: “The D’Parys is one of our most treasured sites and is in a fantastic spot in the heart of historic Bedford. We’re delighted with the refurb and are particularly excited to launch our new premium dining menu to local residents and visitors alike – just in time for Christmas and New Year celebrations. We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming everyone!”
