Bedford School has been rated amongst the best in the world for boarders with a five-star rating in Fortune’s ‘World’s Leading Boarding Schools’ Guide.

This places them not just in the top 250 schools covered by the report, but in the global top 100. They are one of just six boys’ boarding schools in the world to have achieved a five-star rating.

Fortune, largely considered one of the oldest and best-known media brands in the world, has compiled the new guide in collaboration with Statista, an international data and market research company.

Statista carried out multiple surveys over the last few months with parents, alumni, educational advisors, heads and admissions staff from across the world.

They say the guide is designed to help globally mobile families choose the right school.

James Hodgson, Head Master, said, “This accolade is testament to the consistent hard work and high standards achieved by our entire school community.

“Following the honour of being named Independent Boys’ School of the Year, we are thrilled to now receive international recognition, as awarded by parents, staff, agents and alumni from across the world.

“We are truly delighted and take shared pride in this prestigious award.”
