Bedfordshire Police have arrested a man in connection with a series of vehicle offences and thefts from vehicles across north Bedfordshire.
More than 20 incidents have been reported since the beginning of November, mainly in Biddenham and Brickhill, prompting targeted police activity in the area.
A suspect was arrested this morning (Thursday) and is currently in custody, being questioned by detectives.

PC Abi Holt, from Bedfordshire Police’s Community Policing team, said: “We have been aware of a series of attacks on vehicles in the area over recent weeks.
“We have been undertaking targeted operations to enable this arrest and disrupt offending.
“Our investigation will continue, and we ask that anyone who has more information or CCTV to get in touch.”
Anyone with information, dashcam footage or doorbell CCTV relating to vehicle crime in Biddenham, Brickhill or the surrounding areas is asked to report it online at the Bedfordshire Police website or call 101.
