Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed on Foster Street in the early hours of this morning (Monday).
Officers were called to reports that a man in his 20s has been stabbed just after 3am in an altercation with three other men.
While the victim received two leg stab wounds, his injuries are not life threatening.
“This incident left the victim shaken and unable to give us details of his attackers,” said Detective Constable Luke Williams, from Bedfordshire Police’s Crime Investigation Team.
“We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at that time, and who may have information to help us establish who the offenders are.
“We are determined to find those responsible and will never tolerate such behaviour on our streets.”
Anyone with information can contact police at their online reporting centre, quoting reference number 48 of today (31 August).
Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
